What data we process and why

The form asks for your name, email address and message so we can respond to your enquiry and continue the related conversation. Please do not include sensitive data or unnecessary information about other people. If you email us directly, we will process the information you provide for the same purpose.

The form fields are required to handle your enquiry. They will not be used to subscribe you to advertising or newsletters.

Legal basis

General enquiries submitted through the form are processed on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box and sending your message. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. If you request a proposal or information about engaging our services, necessary processing may be based on steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

Service providers and recipients

The form uses FormSubmit to forward your message to the studio’s email account, hosted by Gmail. When you select Send, you access FormSubmit, which may request an anti-spam verification. These services process and deliver the message. Website hosting is provided through Sites.

You can read the FormSubmit privacy policy and the Google privacy policy. Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their terms. Contractual information about locations, processors and transfer safeguards must be confirmed before the form is made publicly available.

Your data will not be sold. It may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Data retention

FormSubmit states that it archives submissions for 30 days. The studio will retain the information for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. It will then be deleted unless retention is necessary to meet legal obligations or address liabilities arising from the relationship. If a project begins, you will be informed about the processing associated with that relationship.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing where applicable, and withdraw your consent by writing to the email address above. Additional information to verify your identity will only be requested when necessary. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Cookies, fonts and measurement

SUBSENSE does not use analytics tools, advertising tools or tracking pixels. Fonts are downloaded from Google Fonts, which involves a connection to that provider. External hosting, authentication and verification services may carry out technical processing under their own policies.

The contact events configured on this website do not store data or send it to an analytics tool. Messages received are not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
